The Planning Commission will be hosting a public hearing on the Critical Area Ordinance Update and receiving a briefing on the North of NERA Rezone Project.

You are invited to attend and share your thoughts during the public comment and public hearing portion of the meeting. Planning Commission meetings are held both in person at Burien City Hall, 3rd Floor Conference Room, 400 SW 152nd St, Burien and virtually via Zoom.
