The City of Burien has published the final draft of the Ambaum and Boulevard Park Community Plan and Environmental Impact Statement (EIS). These documents are the result of over a year of working with community stakeholders to establish and articulate a vision for the future of the Ambaum Corridor and Boulevard Park neighborhoods.
Over the coming months, Planning Commission and City Council will discuss the plan and potentially make a final decision in June 2023. Following discussion on the plan and EIS, the next step in implementing the plan will be for the Planning Commission and City Council to consider zoning changes in Boulevard Park and the Ambaum Corridor.
