Join City staff for an important conversation on the future of housing in Burien. On September 25, city staff will host a Community Open House at 4:30 p.m. and a panel discussion with the Planning Commission at 5:30 p.m. where experts will discuss the impact of these regulations on STEP Housing, which is specifically designed to serve individuals a risk of or experiencing homelessness.
This is a unique opportunity for the public and the Planning Commission to hear directly from developers and operators providing housing solutions in our community and across the region. Panelists will share their insights from current projects and challenges that can help inform the future of STEP Housing regulations.
